Returns & Issues

All Chalkheads products are produced per order.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it. Approved issues are covered at our expense.

Lost in transit? Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. If something went wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can help resolve the issue quickly.


Shipping Issues

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in the package being returned. If this happens, reshipment costs may apply once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments returned to the fulfillment facility may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed items are donated to charity after 30 days.

EU & Brazil Notices

Custom-made items are not eligible for standard EU withdrawal rights.
Brazil customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt, subject to review.
